The Dell Go Green Challenge is officially coming to an end on midnight tonight - May 4, 2010. We will need some time to decide the winner of the contest. We will release more information on that soon.

The 40th Earth Day is on Thursday April 22, 2010. And yes it is a big deal.

While Dell Go Green is more about making each day an "Earth Day", we would like to take this opportunity to give green enthusiasts all around the world an opportunity to join in on the conversation with our community members. Hopefully they will stay on and contribute more in the future!

The Dell Go Green Facebook page has grown into a community of 15,000+ fans who actively share tips and discuss ideas around topics of  green technology, green design and green lifestyle. It is a great place for anyone who wants to connect with fellow green enthusiasts and indulge in some green chatter. With Earth Day coming up it should be a great place to interact with others passionate about the environment.

Due to the overwhelming reposnse we have gotten over the past six weeks, we have decided to extend the final dates for idea submission and voting to May 1, 2010 and May 2, 2010 respectively.

We have 550+ ideas as of now for which we thank all the members of our community.

Good luck to all the participants. And for those who still haven't submitted an idea you all have two more weeks to do that.
